“If you had an unlimited budget to shop where would you go and what would you buy?”
It’s a brain-teasing, a drool-prompting question, isn’t it? Over the weekend, while drifting about my neighbourhood Urban Barn with an eggnog latte in hand, I spotted that question splashed across a playing card and adjacent to it an acrylic box displaying over a hundred neatly organized cards. The game is called TableTopics and I bet it will be the best friend and social director for anyone planning a holiday party. This game is the perfect icebreaker–it’s questions probe, challenge and force you to reveal at least a bit about yourself in an innocent and fun way. Choose from a selection of special edition themes such as Decades: ’80s (”Did you own any clothes inspired by Miami Vice”) or Not Your Mom’s Dinner Party (”What alcohol can you never drink again”) or Gourmet (”What’s your favoriate way to eat chocolate”).
