Holiday shoppingOkay, so it’s still just November but the holiday decor is everywhere and this is the year to get all your holiday shopping done early; that way you can spend more time enjoying the season (and maybe even pampering yourself a little!).  This year I’m dedicated to starting early–not that I want to rub it in but I will be booking a spa day on December 23!

How am I going to do it? Find out after the jump!

•1-     Black Friday & Cyber Monday: You don’t have to get across the border for these hot sales, just head online for your favourite deals from U.S. retailers that ship to Canada. My favourites include KennethCole.com, JCrew.com and Shopbop.com.

•2-     Buy a few extra items and save on shipping: Remember to add a few extra items to your cart to cover those you may have forgotten, and save on shipping (many stores offer free shipping when you spend over $100).

•3-     Compare prices: By starting early you can easily compare prices to get the best deals.

Once your shopping is done, spend what you saved on yourself…maybe a weekend getaway is in order? Enjoy the season!
