onsocks1It may be nearly the end of November, but I’m in denial of the fact that snow should technically be on the ground and winter’s icy grip is reaching out for us—hey, up until last week it has been upwards of 15C in Toronto. To underline my defiance, today I breezed into the office is cropped pants and peep-toe pumps. Not the brightest thing I have ever done because the LOULOU office felt like a meat locker. Other than shoving a space heater under my desk and pointing it straight on my feet (which I don’t think is allowed in my cubicle), I just have to grin and bare my dim-witted fashion choice. What I wouldn’t have given to slide these chunky sweater-knit socks on my tootsies! In the name of fashion, I may just have to start stockpiling thick, knit socks under my desk along with my ever-growing pile of shoes.
